About

Lauren Crispell, LMFT

Relationships shape much of how we experience ourselves and the world around us. I work with adults an couples who want to better understand recurring patterns, communicate more clearly, and make thoughtful changes in their relationships and lives. With couples, I focus on communication, emotional closeness, conflict, and repair. Depending on what the relationship needs, our work may involve practical skills, deeper exploration, or emotionally reparative work around relational wounds that affect trust, intimacy, and connection. With individuals, I work with concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, boundaries, breakups, family dynamics, and major life transitions. I also work with people making sense of difficult or emotionally unhealthy relationship experiences and rebuilding trust with themselves. About Me Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University, where I earned a master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. My husband and I live in Breckenridge with our rescue dog, Bailey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, hiking, and being with friends and family. Further Information About My Practice I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #MFT.0002704) in the State of Colorado, regulated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), Division of Professions and Occupations, Mental Health Licensing Section.
